Hi, I’m Catherine — an Industrial & Organizational Psychologist and the Founder of Core Engagement Group.
I help revenue leaders strengthen the core of their sales organizations so performance becomes stable, scalable, and sustainable — not pressure-driven and unpredictable.
I began my career in sales, where I saw something early: performance rarely breaks because of talent or effort. It breaks when the organizational systems create friction that no amount of hustle can overcome.
I watched strong reps burn out. I saw managers promoted without being equipped to lead. I saw comp plans and activity targets adjusted again and again... and again.
That experience shaped my philosophy.
Today, I work with sales leaders who have already tried the traditional playbook — adjusting incentives, increasing tracking, investing in tools — yet still face inconsistent quota attainment, rising turnover, or uneven performance across teams.
Through Sales Performance Intelligence (SPi), I help leaders:
Diagnose where performance risk truly lives
Decode the structural conditions driving instability
Build the leadership and system practices that enable consistent results
This isn’t about perks.
It isn’t about micromanagement.
And it isn’t about squeezing more effort out of already stretched teams.
It’s about treating your sales organization as the strategic asset it is.
My background across sales, HR, and organizational development gives me a cross-functional lens: I understand revenue pressure and human behavior — and how they intersect. I combine workforce data with disciplined organizational thinking to help leaders build environments where sales talent feels trusted, developed, and clear on what success looks like.
When that happens, engagement rises.
Retention stabilizes.
Revenue becomes more predictable.
At Core Engagement Group, we don’t fix reps. We strengthen the system that enables them.
Because when you start with the core, performance follows.
